By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions.
Our contract
Contract between us for the purchase of goods is formed when your order has been accepted by us. When you place an order you will receive confirmation email. This email is only acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of your order. Order is accepted once you are charged for the goods.
Pricing and availability
All orders are subject to availability. Whilst we try to ensure that all details on the website are accurate, errors may occur and we reserve the right to inform you for reconfirmation or cancel an order if there is an issue with provided details, stock levels or any error of pricing and product description.
All prices quoted are in Sterling Pounds (GBP) and include VAT at 20%, where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices without notice. Any such price changes will be applied to the website instantly, allowing you to be aware of them before ordering. Errors and omissions excepted.
Prices are exclusive of delivery costs, unless otherwise stated.
Liability
N Trading LTD shall not be liable in any way for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly for the delivery of goods being delayed, prevented or for any other reason beyond our control including the acts of any third parties we use to fulfil an order or service. Furthermore, in no event we will be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but without limitation to any direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive or incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, profits, data or other intangibles in connection with the use of this website.
Delivery
We will deliver goods to the address provided while placing an order. If there is any problem with the delivery, please contact our customer service team. We accept no liability for costs incurred by late deliveries or for any other reason. For more information, please check our “Delivery” section.
Cancellation rights
You may cancel your contract with us within 14 working days of delivery date, providing the products are in unused condition, for an exchange or refund. We may not be able to cancel an order if the items have been sent. In such cases you are required to return the products within 14 days of cancellation. In case you have received damaged, defective or wrong item please contact us by email and send photos of the product.
Once your cancellation is confirmed the refund will be processed and received no later than 14 days.
General
- Your statutory rights are not affected.

- We do not sell products for purchase by children. We may sell children products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18 you may use the site only with involvement of parent / guardian.

These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of England and in an event of dispute or claim shall be subject to jurisdiction of the courts of England.
